Café au Lait is a true classic and one we’ll always have a soft spot for. She was one of our very first growers here on the farm, and she’s earned her place as a forever favorite. With her huge, dinnerplate-sized blooms and soft, romantic coloring, she fits beautifully into just about any garden or bouquet.
Her blooms can shift from creamy white to the prettiest soft blush pink, sometimes all on the same plant. No two flowers are ever exactly alike, which is part of the magic. Café au Lait is a staple for weddings, special events, and everyday garden joy, elegant without trying too hard.

It’s completely normal for tubers to have some slight dings and bruises, they work hard in the garden! It doesn’t impact their ability to grow.
